The address I provided is incorrect

If you have sent a package to the wrong address, it will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we will process your refund, and you can place a new order for the item(s). Please note that shipping costs for redelivery will not be refunded.

We can only modify your order if it has not yet been picked up by our courier. Please send an email to customers@kroosman.com with your order number and the changes you'd like to make, such as an updated address or a different item.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT +1) will be shipped on the same business day. For an overview of estimated delivery times, please refer to the charts on our shipping page. Once your order is placed, more precise delivery information will be provided at checkout.

What are the shipping times?

The shipping times are 1-2 days for the Benelux and 2-4 days for the rest of Europe. You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment. Once you receive your order, you can return it online within 30 days.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest and provide less information. However, by creating an account, you will earn loyalty points, which can be accumulated and used for discounts on future orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Bankcontact. For orders from the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, and Finland, we also accept Klarna.

How can I return or exchange an item?

You can return orders within 30 days of receipt in the original packaging, undamaged, and with all tags/labels attached. To initiate the return, please register it via the returns page.
